Amazon’s new Aware line is exactly what eco-conscious shoppers have been waiting for from the big retailer. As a part of the company’s Climate Pledge Friendly program, Amazon Aware items are all certified as carbon neutral, and that’s just the beginning.

The Amazon Aware line is a total shopping experience. The line includes a huge range of products that includes both men’s and women’s apparel, beauty products, household items, bed and bath stuff and various organic and recycled items. In detail, you can find everything from facial moisturizers to underwear. If you’ve been looking for a way to buy more eco-friendly products, this is the way to go.

Further, products highlighted by the label were selected because they met the standards of Amazon’s Climate Pledge Friendly Program. Now, it will be easier for people to shop for eco-friendly products that meet certain qualifications. All the apparel in the line, for example, meets the Global Recycled Standard.

Moreover, the carbon footprint of each product featured under the Amazon Aware banner has been calculated by an external certifier, ClimatePartner. The carbon footprint of items is then measured using data that takes a look at emissions created by material, production and distribution.
In addition, and as part of the Climate Pledge Friendly promise, Amazon searches for products that fit their Compact by Design packaging. This is a new certification from the company that verifies efficient design. Excess water and air have also been removed from packaging in order to reduce waste and to reduce carbon emissions.
There are already a ton of Amazon Aware products to choose from, including home items like the 100% organic cotton ribbed bath towels or the cotton 300 thread count sheet sets. Meanwhile, there are comfy sleepwear outfits and clothing items, such as a women’s dropped shoulder short-sleeve T-shirt. You can also get two-ply toilet paper in a 24-roll bundle that’s made with 100% recycled paper. Also, try the hydrating avocado face cleaner or maybe the daily vegan body wash. This is all to say that there are a lot of different options for when you’re ready to start replacing some of your household and clothing items with more eco-friendly options.
Amazon is becoming more aware of the problems climate change has caused. Products in Amazon Aware’s line help shoppers find products that are better for the world with the same convenience and budget.
